ESR Fellow Shashwat Kumar (IBEI) attended the 14th Graduate conference at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, 12-13 December 2018. He presented his draft PhD paper entitled ‘The diffusion of regulatory governance in India: an analysis of institutional diversity and distribution of regulatory responsibilities’.
